In order to adhere to Hmo room size regs sometimes we have to take out a chimney. This 4 bed social HMO property was one of these examples. Alot of dust and bricks that will be turned into long term rents with a 7plus 3 year contract with no voids and no management and no maintenance unless structural. We have a strong counterparty we have never had a late payment or missing payment. Monthly BACS payments and quiet.
