Just finishing this 4 bed Social HMO outside of Manchester. Very little on the market at the moment. We are on the lookout for new properties to purchase and refurbish to both build our portfolio and supply some of our clients. No voids…no management …no drama. Long leases but banks don’t like lending due to the long leases. Crazy, as during covid we purchased many properties from landlords who could not evict their non paying tenants nor evict them.
