Too many landlords look to squeeze and reduce some of the most important issues to gain tenants. We go that extra step on our buy to lets. We paint the house, put in new windows and doors….plus a new kitchen. As we have approx 50 buy to let properties, these little extras we have learned, get us better tenants & greater rents.
