As my wife says, Love seeing WHITE! This means this social housing project is almost ready. Carpets our going in after Eid al-Fitr. Just sat at lunch with my wife admiring what a wonderful kitchen the lads put in. This will make the social housing tenants feel really at home. Our business model really is superb. We take unloved, uninhabitable properties, take them back to the brick, provide a nice level property for social tenants on a UK Govt long term contract with no voids, no management and all maintenance covered unless structural. We are at high yields, no interaction with the tenants, paid like clockwork and supply investors properties at higher yields than the usual buy to lets.
