Manchester Rd HMO Passed Inspection and Now Cash Flowing
Another recent HMO project was finished yesterday and had an inspection today. We passed the standards set upon this niche of Social Housing. We have entered into another 5 year contract with the Home office’s Northwest representative for Social Housing. What is great about these 5 year contracts are there are no voids…no management…and maintenance is covered up to 5,000 per year.
This property is under offer with an investor from London. It generates 8580 per annum.
The refurb took 3 weeks. Fire doors were installed, interlink as well as new bathroom. Nice comfortable carpeting was installed to give the tenants the feeling of home. As much as we are helping society, this form of HMO is very unique and highly profitable.
