Myself and my JV partners inspected a newly completed Professional HMO in Salford yesterday. What I thought was very cool was how our builders fit in a toilet on an angle and a small sink….Our Ensuites are approx 10-12 square. Every aspect we try to maximize space yet give open plan and no clutter. This HMO in Salford was fully tenanted within 2 1/2 weeks at rates of 120 per room…It will gross approx 25,000 a year depending on voids. The tenants love the spec as well as the location….
