We conveyed on this lovely outdated terraced house outside of Manchester on Monday. Tuesday met with the builders and agreed on the build plan, budget and time frame. We are hoping 6 to 8 weeks to get this property over the line. Once completed and approved by the council, building regs and the housing association we will have a 10 year lease with no voids and no management. This lets my team focus on sourcing and refurbishing new projects. The rents of all of these enable me to purchase new properties. Big differences coming. Going from the 1970s to the 2220s.
