If you work hard enough you can find deals. One of our team is constantly sourcing properties that we can convert into cash flowing HMOs…both Professional and Social HMOs. This Salford HMO should take us about 4 weeks to turn it around and have it cash flowing. We make alot of offers and do alot of viewings. It is all hard work. Tomorrow one of our colleagues is going to 5 projects that we have going on to update on all works. This is the key to manage all the builders….Not just manage…but work as a team…and most importantly we pay our builders immediately upon inspection of works.
