We just did a walk through on this conversion project from office to residential. We met with our architect and builders to start getting quotes. As you can see the condition of the interior of this office is rather poor. This is why we were able to purchase correctly. This will be 6 flats.

Flat 2 – 1 bed
Flat 3 – 1 bed
Flat 4 – 1 bed
Flat 5 – 2 bed
Flat 6 – 1 bed

We are aiming for a minimum of 750 a month on the one beds on the low end but potentially could be 800. The 2 bed would be another 50 GBP a month or potentially 850. We are shooting for a 6 month turn around until ready to be rented. We are hoping to get all the quotes from Jan 3 in order that we start works. Any questions or comments please let me know.
