Our Typical Tenants in our Professional HMOs Salford
It is very interesting to see who our tenants are in our professional HMOs in Salford. There is one big stand out. It seems there are many tenants who have moved out of London. The typical response is….it is just too expensive to live in London. From our side of investing matters in Property…it is too expensive and possibly too risky to invest in London. ( My personal opinion…dont attack me). We also have many people who get transferred from their jobs. We just had a nice girl from a car rental company. Mostly the tenants of our Salford Professional HMOs are relatively young. We did have some tenants that broke from their partners or in simple terms ( thrown out of their houses).
Conversely our other HMOs are Social Housing. These are much different and we just rent to a major PLC for 5 years on guaranteed rent and they put in the tenants and best …they manage them. Management is the key of success or failure in the HMO property world. Keep your tenants happy….Keep the same type of tenants in your HMO properties…
