Is it just us or is it many of you when refurbishing seem to have to put more and more paint on your refurbishment projects. We are working at the moment on 2 social HMOs in Manchester. No matter how much paint we put on…seems we need another coat. On these social HMOs we have to be very diligent as we have all kinds of inspections from the council, police, electrical and even the home office audits.

It is worth all the hard effort as once these Social HMOs are passed they simply cash flow to the tune of close to 12,000k a year. No voids…no management and maintenance is covered up to 5,000 per annum. The challenge is finding them….and doing them up.
