Pre Refurbishment Professional HMO Eccles Salford
We conveyed on a Property in Eccles Salford last week to make another professional HMO. You can see the level of the property. I will post pictures of the complete refurbishment and after pictures. We will put in the same standards as in all of our HMOs. Wonderful kitchens and luxury bathrooms. Contrary to what some people say that HMOs are saturated….if you do a high level Professional HMO in a good area in Salford it will rent and cash flow very nicely.
