We are in the home stretch on this 5 bed Social HMO. We prefer the Social HMOs as they are on long contracts….no voids…no management and maintenance is covered up to 5,000 per year. This enables us to focus on sourcing….selling and looking for conversion projects. This HMO project hopefully will be finished end of next week and then cash flowing net to the tune of 15k a year NET!…We still have a good amount of work…but we all want to jump on the next Conversion project or HMO Project.
