We are in the final stages of decorating this 5 bed Social Housing HMO. Hopefully by Friday we will be signed off and cash flowing. This 5 bed Social Housing HMO will generate close to 15,000 per year. The best part is no voids…no management and maintenance is covered up to 5,000 per year. The only bad thing is no banks will lend on these properties. This is what forces us to sell some in order to keep more of them for our pensions. Our builders like this as we keep them busy.
