Our building partners are working hard before their summer holidays in August. We have 3 Social HMOs going at the moment. What is great is that article 4 is coming into this area. This will greatly increase the value of this Social HMO. It is getting harder and harder to find good deals and especially with article 4 coming in. This Social HMO property will be on a long term lease with a major PLC with no voids…no management…plus maintenance is covered up to £5,000 per year. This Social HMO will generate net £11,300 a year.
