Progress on this 6 bed social Hmo. Gents worked throughout the weekend as we are delayed due to material shortages and covid amongst the builders.
Property is not easy! However once finished we will have a cash flowing investment with a govt backed contract for 10 years with no voids and no management. Worth all the drama!
