Our partner did a progress report on this 5 bed ensuite Professional HMO in Greater Manchester. This is a mid terraced property in a wonderful neighbourhood with Aldi’s near by. There is transportation very close by. This is always important for tenants as well as an easy trip into Manchester city centre. The first fix plumbing is in and we have had good progress. I just received an invoice from the builders for materials. I paid this prior to writing this post. This keeps them motivated as they are paid immediately. When there is labour I send to the accountant for the CIS accounting. We have done more than 250 Social HMOs and now Professional HMOs. Watch our progress and any questions I am here to help.
