Virtually everyone who is refurbishing HMO properties they look for 2 reception rooms in order to make an additional bedroom. This additional bedroom has to meet HMO Standards and sizes. We have completed on approx 60 Social and Professional HMOs. We just finished 8 one bedroom flats and now jumping on 2 Social HMO properties. These social HMO properties will net over 15,000 per year. We invest a great of money to make them compliant from the the councils perspective, UK hmo regulations plus our client whom we will lease this property to initially 5 years and later this year into a much longer contract with no voids…no management…no maintenance.
