Our builders have made great progress even in the middle of the month of August with so many on vacation. Kitchens are almost in…Bathrooms tiled and started to be fitted….Plastering throughout. We should be on schedule for another 2 weeks and this project will be tenanted and turned over to our investor. Some properties we keep some we sell on. We source BMV properties and refurbish them to a standard to be proud of. We especially like refurbishes houses and making them into high yielding HMOS and tenanted with the Home office appointed director for NW social housing. Social housing tenants generally are low key and look after the property very well.
