Running Multiple Social Housing Projects

While we are running multiple social housing projects, there are many benefits. While some projects are getting first started, others are nearing completion. This is exemplified on this 6 bed Social HMO outside of Manchester in St. Helens. We conveyed on this project on July 21 2023 and we will soon be finished and the best part we will be cash flowing. Basically in a 6 week turn this 6 bed social HMO will be netting us £23,400 with no voids, no management and maintenance covered as long as not structural. This maximizes our cash flow and with the rents with this property and others we will buy another project to refurbish. Between collecting rents and selling some we are able to snow ball our profits. Maybe better said, we are compounding our way to retirement.
