Yesterday we started on another UK Property Real Estate HMO Conversion Project. We have now 3 teams of builders. We took on two young lads who are hungry and exceedingly hard working. We interviewed and checked references on more than 20 builders. As we are growing we needed more teams. We have 2 more projects that will be conveyed in the next 2 weeks or so. These HMO conversions we are taking terraced houses and making them HMOs for Social Housing. In the UK society there are countless vulnerable people who need assistance. We enter 3 to 5 year guaranteed rent programs in which we rent by the room 50-55 per week with no voids…maintenance covered up to 5,000 per year.
