We still have bits and bobs with this professional hmo in Salford Manchester. However today 2 out of 4 doctors are moving in. They loved the location and they loved the finish. We have not even had to stage the HMO property. This is the key of successful investing in property in Salford…location…location….location….plus a wonderful hotel like finish. This property we should generate approx 22,500 to 23,500 depending on voids etc. However when you do a property to a high standard and high level tenants you should put yourself in the path of a profitable professional HMO. Besides this professional HMO we have 4 other Social housing HMOs we are currently working on. We have taken on one new team and been very happy with them. We hopefully will have another one starting today. However the communication has been somewhat lacking. The key to successful investing in property is communication. Even if it is not good news….just put the cards on the table. We are a firm believer of simply telling the truth of a situation. We were supposed to get a quote 2 days ago. Unfortunately this did not occur. We called the builder and were told he was waiting on his electrician. However that was yesterday. We do not keep properties empty. Lets see what happens…
