We strive to sell our social housing properties to those who purchased from us once. They understand the process. They have been paid timely. They have realized first hand that these properties are truly holds off.
These are our best customers for our social HMOs and social buy to lets. We have several buyers from Hong Kong who have purchased in excess of 3 properties. They are also our best sales people. They tell their friends and families as well as we offer a 2% commission for the referral.
When we speak to potential buyers we do not know their financial capabilities or appetitie for these properties. We had one gentleman who purchased 10 social hmos all in and around Salford Manchester.
We use repeat buyers to grow our property business.
