The hardest part of these social HMOs are so many checks. The council’s check and recheck…plus monitor. Of course we have building regs monitoring as well and lastly the corporate client. All properties are inspected and checked. Today the council came in and walked the property. Since they know us and our levels of works…In and out…Passed. Now we are sourcing more properties and working on upcoming 5 bed HMO in the area. This refurbishment will take another 6-8 weeks. Copy and paste. Same same in order to keep on moving. However with that said every HMO property has issues. Never a dull moment.
