We are in the final stages of finishing this Social Housing HMO in Denton …a slight bit out of Manchester. This property once inspected and passed will generate on a 5 year contract. It will be a 5 year lease with no voids and no management…. Myself and my colleagues love doing these but there are always challenges. On every HMO both professional and Social we run into unique issues. From boilers to roofs to flooring. We have seen so many issues. At times we have learned how to address structural issues with the supervision of our surveyor. All has been a big learning curve…however we are helping people by giving them dignity in clean and safe properties as well as growing our property business.
We have had pre inspections and have had some minor snagging issues to address and final inspection is on Friday and there after cash flowing £11,960 per year.
