We just finished another 5 bed Social Housing HMO. This one will generate Net £14,950 for us and our JV partners. You will note the finish of all of these Social Housing HMOs are the same. All to a reasonable standard to give the needy in our society a feeling of home and comfort. These Social HMOs are on a 5 year contract with no voids…no management and even maintenance is covered up to 5,000 per year. We sell some of these in order to keep more ourselves. Our goal is to have 20 of them in them 2018.
