Social housing HMO that we completed in the NW of England

This is a walk through of another social housing HMO that we completed in the NW of England. It is on a 7 plus 3 year Home office backed contract. No voids, no management and all maintenance other that structural is covered. There is a vast shortage of social housing. We have completed on over 250 of these mostly for Serco and some for Mears. Some of the smaller HMO projects such as 4 beds can be turned around and cash flowing in 4-6 weeks. We are doing commercial to residential, professional HMOs in and around Manchester plus the social housing HMOs.
