Well in the last year I have seen two CICs and charities that would houses vulnerable people blow up and rents were not paid to investors. Contrarily we deal in Social housing with the Home office as the ultimate guarantor. We have never had a late payment. We have 7 plus 3 year leases with no voids, no management and maintenance covered unless structural. Actually one of the best investments we have ever done as a family.
