We are starting a project in Warrington this week. We sourced the property way below market, we are refurbishing the property for the Buy to let landlord and conveying upon completion. We have built in a BMV cushion for the Buy to Let investor that he is making money immediately upon conveyance. We are investing approx 10,000 GBP on the upgrades.
