Stood Up By Her Own Flipping Partner
This is a title of one of the episodes of a new television series in the US called The Deed. This is what I have seen repeatedly. Too many think they can find a sourcer or a builder to run their project. It is not that easy. The lady in this video was screwed by her flipping partner as well as a friend builder. Time is money when refurbishing properties. If you do not manage your builders, you can simply throw money in the bin. It is not exaggeration. It is reality. You must be on top of your projects or you will simply lose money!!!
