I have heard of do many poor landlords having to go through the long court proceedings to get orders to evict these people and then when they see the condition of the property it is absolutely heart breaking , a lot of landlords are not huge corporate entities , they are just people who have invested some money in the hope of a small return , they do not need this grief.
