The builders are all busy. Yes it is vacation time but these guys are running full steam. We have 7 social housing projects going on. Some are near completion and waiting for inspection & sign off whilst others are under total refurbishment. Once completed these 4-5 and 6 bed HMOs will be on a govt backed contract with no voids, no management and all maintenance covered unless structural. This is great for us as one of the hardest parts of property is managing the tenants. We do not have to do this. It is also great for investors who want hands free investments.
