The builders did not take off the bank holiday. Roof works…Kitchen works…Our goal is to get this property turned over and cash flowing. I honestly forgot that at 9am when I called our solicitors office there was no answer could not understand. I wanted to see which properties she is ready to convey on. Our builders sent a whatsup at 7am…and I was already working from 6am. This is a good example of a before project.
