It makes for great entertainment. You get to watch them tear down walls with sledgehammers…Pick out tile flooring and designer paint colors…Install new windows and doors…At the end of the show you see the final transformation and it doesn’t disappoint. The house looks absolutely stunning. Wow…and the money would simply roll in.
Well I’m going to let you in on a little secret…Professional fix and flip investors like us DO NOT do any of the work at their houses. As a matter of fact, they rarely even visit the houses they rehab because they don’t have to. We have project managers and we manage them.
Instead, pro fix and flip investors are focused on big picture stuff like finding the next deal, growing their team and creating better systems to make their business more profitable. You painting the interior walls of your fix and flip would be like Steve Jobs working on the assembly line at the Apple iPhone factory.
