This 4 bed Social HMO is coming to completion hopefully by Monday. We have already given this build team a new project that we just conveyed on. We are waiting on the quote before they begin in order there are no misunderstandings. This is what we try to do, finish one project, have it pass all inspections such as council, fire assessment, building regs and social housing provider and on to the next immediately .We have a pipeline at our solicitors and we are always sourcing properties. We only get 1 property maybe out of 20 that will pass all initial approvals. This makes us feel secure as landlords. We will get a 7 plus 3 year govt backed lease with no voids, no management and maintenance covered unless structural.
