This week we are having 3 properties which are buy to let finish. They will be inspected starting tomorrow. There always seems to be some snagging. Even though we have now almost gotten up to 70 refurbishment projects…we still get the proverbial snagging list. We want to box these off, get them cash flowing and the building teams on to the next projects. Only if conveyance could go quicker. However that is out of our control. We have a great project manager on the refurbs and we visit minimum weekly sometimes bi weekly and incorporate viewings as we are always looking for deals.
