Upcoming Inspection on Social Housing HMO UK Property Project
Next Weds we are having a final inspection for our Social Housing HMO UK Property Project in Manchester. This is one of 4 that we are currently working on. We are getting there but putting in long hours to make sure everything is done and dusted & we pass inspection. The Home office has appointed a major PLC for a specific niche of social housing in which we invest in. This PLC runs stringent safety and health inspections.
Our builders after 18 months understand what is expected from them as well as we visit the property at least every other day. Even for a quick 10 minutes in and out
