We just finished another HMO in Greater Manchester. Tenants will be shortly moving in. One council after the next is starting Article 4. This will diminish rooms. Rents will go up…Prices of HMOs will go up. Have no idea how the UK housing crisis will be solved. This seems only to make matters worse for renters. What do you think?
