Once completed we will have a 7 plus 3 year govt backed contract. We even have some properties in Salford that have been renewed since 2014. There are no voids and no maintenance unless structural and no management. Dealing with tenants can make a property business complicated especially when there are no pays. We have never had a late payment since 2014.
