What do you think of this kitchen for our upcoming Professional HMO?

We had a kitchen designer come in from Howdens Friday to design the kitchen for this 4 bed Professional HMO in Wigan/Greater Manchester. What is great, is that he came out, measured, made suggestions of the most popular colours and design. We have another 2-3 weeks on this project. Another 5 bed in works and 3 in legals. Always looking for investors who are looking for quality long term investments.
