What do you think regarding housing price?

I guess it us supply and demand. There is very little on the market. Prices are increasing month over month however it would seem at some point repos will start as people are squeezed. Higher energy prices, higher food prices, interest rates starting to shift. Where will this lead the property market? I am confident on my portfolio of social properties however I am always trying to purchase more properties and refurb them & turn them over to the housing association, however virtually nothing on the market.
