There is tremendous need and the Home office has recently decided to invest a great deal of money in many facets in the NE.
When we started in Manchester in 2014 we took for granted the low prices. So many people whom we offered to buy some of our properties told us prices will never go up and they only wanted to purchase in London. Boy, they were wrong. Salford has almost doubled and London has stagnated.
Our bet is the NE of England. Areas like Stockton on Tees in which we are an accredited landlord prices are really shifting. Even in Hartlepool and Middlesborough.
