Which Sink and Shower would you put in High End Professional HMOs??
Currently we have 4 Professional HMOs in the pipeline. We have 2 in legals awaiting searches and our teams are working on two these professional HMOs in Greater Manchester. These HMOs will be professionals and we are making them very high spec. We want them to be high spec in order the tenants stay and hopefully we can achieve a premium rent. Regarding the bathrooms we were not sure which showers and sinks to install. I am running a poll to see what people think. Please let me know.
