The Difference between working tenants/ LHA tenants versus Social Housing tenants were you get paid by the Govt or Housing associations….Our colleague owns a nice portfolio of the above plus the social housing properties. He just received this message from a tenant who is behind 1 month of payments.

Versus Social Housing …BACS payment arriving like clockwork with no interaction with tenants. No late payments…no voids… no management and maintance covered unless structural. However we expect to be having emails Monday morning due to storm Malik with roof tiles shifting or trees down.
