We have another team working on this 6 bed Social HMO outside of Manchester. This has been a very big job. We are bit behind schedule but hoping to get this project finished in the next 2 weeks. Once we pass all inspections this property will net us £23,400 with no voids, no management and all maintenance is covered unless structural. The housing association will not take any property with Structural issues. Plus they require a fire assessment as well as of course building regs. All properties have a housing officer to assist the tenants. This makes me feel much better than having an estate agent who might state, Leave it with me and it gets left. These social Hmo projects are all govt backed with 7 plus 3 year leases. We have some that will have even longer leases. Always looking for investors even though we mostly keep ourselves for our own portfolio.
