In order to systemize our social housing business everything follows a checklist. Every property has a drawing with measurements for everything. Since many of the properties we do are in need of a HMO license, the council officials appreciate having these drawings. This is a particular property outside of Manchester which has 6 beds which nets us £16720 a year with no voids, no management and no maintenance ( only if deemed structural) ! Multiple these net rents over the number of properties we have, the numbers become very interesting.
