Multiple Social Housing Projects

In order to keep on moving and growing our property company, we have multiple projects going on at all times. We have several projects just beginning, we have some mid progress and 3 of them up for inspections and finished. Upon completion we will receive a UK Govt contract for 7 plus 3 years with no voids, no management and all maintenance covered unless structural. You will notice that all these properties have the same exact spec. It is copy and paste. This makes it easier for our build teams and we can reuse materials.
