This is a progress report on a 5 bed Social HMO semi that we are refurbishing. Lawsons Road, Thorton-Cleveleys, FY5 4PW is a Semi on a nice quiet street. Front gardens, back gardens and driveways. We will have a 10 year govt backed contract for this social HMO (might even be extended) with no voids, no management and maintenance covered unless structural. This is one of several properties that we are refurbishing at the moment. We have hopefully 2 more weeks on this one even though it seems to look like much more work needed.

We have a constant flow of buying new ones, refurbishing groups of properties, collecting and compounding rents on the tenanted & contracted properties in order to buy new ones plus selling some here and there to investors from Hong Kong or Singapore who want long-term hands-off property investments.
