Today is Tuesday and the lads have been busy to start ripping out this property in order to make a 4 bed social HMO. We are hoping 5-6 weeks then we will have a 10 year govt backed contract with a net rent of 11,440. There will be no voids, no management and maintenance covered unless structural.
