We conveyed on 2 properties on Friday in which we will be converting them into 4 bed Social HMOs. We have approx 6 weeks ahead of us. We are trying to find more properties to purchase in order to build the portfolio however very little on the market. The lads did the rip out over the weekend. Getting all the subbies ready to join in on the refurbishment.
